SEASON 3
Rules & Regs:
Season 3 sees the rules change to cars closer to those in the ModSport series. Everyone starts at 725Pi and that is the top Pi throughout the season. All cars can drop to a level based on the usual success Pi drop, or go back up. The Pi you can drop to is based on how you are ranked as a driver and is below.

All cars must run Forza Aero Front and Back, Racing Exhaust and Maxed out racing tyres, at the lowest Pi you have below. You can then do whatever else you want to add to the car, to raise it to the Pi you are listed to race with. You must list the drivetrain of the car at the start of the season, and this cannot change. Teammates must run the same make and model of car, but can run different drivetrains, and will obviously in the season run different Pi's. You must make your build and tune available to the admins at any time in the season, if requested.

Only cars built in 1973 and to the present day are allowed, no track toys or SUV's are allowed. In the teams table below you will see who has picked, or who has first option on that car, based on previous season rules. We are not accepting any new drivers for the Thunder Enduro Season 3, but anyone new will be welcome to race on the Touring Car Sunday and will be become first reserve for any vacancies that arise on a Tuesday night.

We will have the overall Championship, Class A (AWD), Class B (FWD), Class C (RWD), Forever Forward will return, Teams Championship in a new format to help independent teams and the AM Class championship will continue. The season will have a support championship as well, and full details on that are to follow. The Calendar will be announced by the middle of November and will be between 9 and 11 rounds. Race lengths will remain similar in time as per the first two seasons and the only difference is that everyone must make at least 1 pitstop per race, this can be on lap 1 or the last lap if you wish.

Current Series 2 rules can be found on the website, and these will be updated to Season 3 in due course. A new website for Season 3 and for the Sunday night "Touring Car Sunday" will be unveiled in due course. If you have any questions then please feel free to contact the admin team.
Entry and Teams:
Below are a list of likely drivers and Teams that have been issued with a licence guaranteeing them a place on the grid for the first 2 rounds. This will be reviewed before round 3, and again after round 6 and the final round. It has been based on the teams that have done the most rounds over the last 2 seasons. RML are listed with two, but that may become one, as Speedworks /Hoonigan racing of WeeBilly has one within that team. If you wish to expand to two cars, merge yours with another team, or even give it up, please contact the admins to let them know. We want everyone to take part, and supporting team loyalty over the past two seasons is the fairest way to do this.

In the teams section, teams have first dibs on a car, based on using this last. As soon as they nominate a new car for season 3, then any cars they had first pick on, become available to all. Teams must run the same car, but don't have to run the same driver. Only 2 cars of the same make and model can be present in the series. We do allow two independent runners to run out of the same workshop, but under separate banners.
