CURRENT SERIES: THORS TOURING CAR CHAMPIONSHIP;

 

As you're probably aware, our next season of racing will be Touring Cars! This will start with Media Day on Wednesday 1st of August with racing starting the week after on the 8th of August.

Races will be 3 equal length.

​

We will have separate championships for Pro and Am, and the lobbies will be decided over the next couple of weeks, with test sessions on the Wednesdays to assess everyone's performance.

​

There will also be a Teams championship (teams up to 2 cars as before) and an Independents championship for those wishing to compete on their own. Team mates must use the same model of car with similar liveries.

​

As usual we will be using a dropped score system, this means that unless you miss a round completely, your lowest scoring round is dropped.

 

This means that your championship isn't affected if you have to miss a round, lag out, etc.

​

Paint Requirements: we will be running a number plate and bored which will need to be on the cars.
Number plate is shared called BTCC 60

​

Eligible cars and parts are:

Audi S3, PI 743

BMW 1 Series, PI 742

Chevrolet Cruze, homologation restrictor plate PI 749

Honda Civic, homologation restrictor plate PI 741

Mercedes A Class. Race intake, Sport intercooler PI 747. This may change before media night watch for updates.

Cars will be run stock with no upgrades and no homologation parts unless stated. The Volvo will currently be ineligible due to having a huge power advantage.

Please use the next couple of weeks to try out the different cars, you can sign up without nominating which car you will be using but PLEASE BE AWARE the car you turn up with for Media Day is the car you will use for the season, no changes during the season will be allowed.
